CAPITALAND SQUARE

Office plaza

2017, Shanghai, China

The proximity to the Suzhou Creek allows for this “Impression of a river” to drive the landscape elements, paving patterns and planting to give the project a unique quality and significant identity.

The driving force for the landscape concept are the dynamic and exciting qualities of water. It is a celebration of the journey that the water takes from its birth in Lake Tai until its maturity and release into the Huangpu River. Throughout its 125km long course, the water in the Creek takes up different forms – wavy water, rushing water, rippling water and dropping water.
